Question: What rental periods are available
Answer: Highlander Cabins and Sleepouts are subject to a minimum rental period of three months. Rental periods are open ended and can be tailored to the individual customer requirement.
Question: What payment terms are available
Answer: Payment is made by direct credit to our bank account with weekly, two-weekly or monthly payments are acceptable
Question: Is any form of bond payable at the time of contract
Answer: A refundable deposit is payable at the time of hire. The amount refunded is dependent upon the condition of the cabin when the rental period ends
Question: What are the costs
Answer:
Costs are dependent upon the configuration of the cabin, the payment period selected and the regional location. Detailed pricing information can be supplied by your local Highlander Accommodation agent.
Question: How does the unit get power and water
Answer: Power is provided by means of a 10 metre caravan type power lead which is supplied with the cabin. A standard garden hose can be connected to the cabin to provide a water supply
Question: Do the cabins need to be insured
Answer: Insurance cover should be arranged for all personal belongings kept in the cabin
Question: Is there a delivery fee
Answer: A delivery fee is payable. This fee varies according to the delivery location. Please contact Highlander Accommodation for a specific quote.
Question: Are there any space restrictions associated with delivery
Answer:
Cabins can be delivered to virtually any location provided the proposed cabin site is level and any access gateways are at least 3 metres wide. If in doubt, please contact your local Highlander Accommodation agent who will arrange a site visit if necessary.
